Cartier Tank Americaine manual wind ref 1735-1 in unpolished condition

Beautiful rare Cartier Tank Americaine  ref 1735 manuel wind from begin of the 90’s. (pre collection Privee )

In my opinion one of the last real Tank’s Cartier has made.

2 hands,  manual wind and only Cartier Printed on the dial

 

This Cartier is  a pre-collection Privee (CPCP collection)version , those are made for only 4 years.

In 1998  Cartier Launch the Cartier Privee Collection, and adopted the Cartier Americane manual wind in this collection.

You can recognize them with the word Paris printed under Cartier on the dial.  

Those are made for more than 10 years.

The Pre-collection Privee are more rare.

And in my opinion much nicer, because of the more simplistic dial.

this Cartier Tank is in very nice unpolished condition.

The case is sharp like a razor blade, and the color.

I think those early Tank Ameicaine's are a perfect alternatief for the Cartier Cintree .

Where the prices are gaining through the roof!!!
