Extremely Rare Movado 565 M90 Chronograph (Ref. 19008) Pulsation Dial with Breguet Numerals
One of the most beautiful chronographs ever made.
This Movado Ref. 19008 is powered by the celebrated M90 movement and housed in the iconic 565 Borgel (FB) case, featuring tasti-tondi pushers. Produced in the 1940s, this model is exceptionally rare — with only around 25 examples known.
The 565 case was manufactured by François Borgel (FB), the same legendary casemaker responsible for cases used by Patek Philippe, including the iconic Ref. 1463.
This Movado shares striking similarities with the 1463 — both in design and presence — making it an exciting alternative for collectors who appreciate timeless style and mechanical elegance.
The cherry on top? A rare pulsation dial with Breguet numerals — almost impossible to find in this configuration.
The watch comes on a period-correct Gay Frères bracelet, suitable for wrists up to 19.5 cm.
A museum-worthy chronograph with all the right credentials.
